EDC Mobile Sharpening is a locally owned and operated sharpening business located in Santa Barbara. We provide sharpening services to homes, restaurants and special events. Sharpening Carpinteria, Summerland, Montecito, Santa Barbara and Goleta.

We sharpen a wide variety of knives and cutlery. German to Japanese to American and beyond. All by hand with state of the art equipment. Garden hand tools are scrubbed, oiled and sharpened.

EDC Mobile Sharpening is a Mobile Sharpening business, we come to your doorstep.

Pricing-

We do not charge by the inch as other Sharpening services.

We charge $5.00 per knife for all normal knives.

Garden hand tools require more time and maintenance so we charge $10.00 per tool.

All Scissors are $10.00 each.

Axes, Hatchets, Machetes or any other specialty blades are generally $10.00-$20.00.

Minor chips and broken points are usually included in the price. EDC Mobile Sharpening determines if additional charges will be added for any repairs.

EDC Mobile Sharpening does House Calls. A very convenient way to sharpen your knives, scissors and garden tools.

Call to schedule an appointment and we will arrive at your home. EDC will sharpen, repair, clean and sanitize all your items in about an hour. No mailing, driving or waiting.

EDC Mobile Sharpening provides on-site sharpening services for large commercial kitchens and restaurants. We arrive on-site, provide quality loaner knives while we sharpen all your knives. Your knives are repaired, sharpened, cleaned and sanitized at your location.

EDC Mobile Sharpening Events. We travel up and down the Central Coast and a few states sharpening at a variety of events. Some examples would be Car Shows, Motorcycle Shows, Gun Shows. We have been to Santa Barbara sewing clubs, BBQs, Book Clubs. We love events of every type.
